With the impact of COVID-19, we wanted to assure you of the measures that TFLW takes in protecting our clients. We are taking every precaution to keep clients and employees as safe as possible. With guidance from the CDC, our industries governing board, and our local health department we have expanded our sanitation and disease prevention practices to include frequent disinfection of all public areas of the studio.
What to expect:
-Regularly wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant, i.e., doorknobs, faucets, flat surfaces.
-All sheets, face cradle covers, etc., are washed in HOT water, with approved detergents and Oxi Clean.
-Therapist washes their hands before after each client, as well as the odd time they may touch their face during a session.
-Please do not come into TFLW if you’re feeling unwell or think you may have been exposed to Covid-19. We will accept late cancellations with no penalty for those reasons.
- Wait in your car or outside until your appointment time to minimize contact between guests.
-Do not bring anyone who is not receiving a service, and do not bring food into the Studio.
-Wear a face-covering/mask into the studio, and only remove it once you are in the treatment room (optional)
-Upon entering please sanitize your hands
The below statements will need to be agreed upon before treatment:
1) I understand that close contact with people increases the risk of infection from COVID-19. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I am aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive a massage from this practitioner.
2) I understand that my name and contact information might be shared with the state health department in the event that a client or practitioner at this facility tests positive for COVID-19. My contact details will only be shared in the event they are relevant based on suspected exposure date, and only for appropriate follow-up by the health department.
